Partners in Health
Our Approach
We work with thousands of doctors, specialists, and hospitals throughout Nebraska, and we partner with many local organizations to help you get the care and services you need to live your best.
Strong Provider Network
Our plan includes lots of doctors, hospitals and pharmacies to make getting care easy. There are no copays for primary care provider (PCP) visits, specialists, behavioral health care, urgent care services and labs.
Care Coordinators
A care coordinator works closely with you to manage care, arrange transportation and answer questions about your benefits.
Free Extras
Healthy Blue offers extra benefits to help you live well, like free rides to your medical appointments and gift card rewards for completing health activities.

Community Resources
When members need a little extra help, our Community Resource Link tool can find free or low-cost services near them. We offer help finding food, jobs, housing and other things members need.
Helping members reach health and wellness goals
No matter one’s health status, there are things they can do to improve their health and quality of life. Our site provides quick, easy access to information, interactive tools and tips to help members reach their health goals.
Disease management
We are here to help members learn more about their health. Our Disease Management program gives them the opportunity to ask questions about their condition, get information about their benefits, and connect them with local resources. Our DM care managers are registered nurses. They will help members to better manage their condition, or health issue, which may improve their quality of life.
